You'll be able to write an essay explaining how your animal is valuable to the Adirondack Mountains and the food chain.

You'll be able to explain to the class why your animal is important to study and why this assignment was given.

You'll be able to make a graphic organizer of the information that you found on your animal or draw a picture of your chosen animal.
You'll be going on a one day hike in the Adirondack Mountains and use all of your new found knowledge to identify some animal tracks and some insight into the history of the place.
