Students, here is what you must do to complete the exploration:

First, think like explorers

The Steps to Success

1) Read the history of how the Adirondacks came to be

2) Go to Review page and test your memory of the previous concept of the food chain.

3) Choose a mammal to research

5) Read the article on your chosen animal

6) Either create a graphic organizer or draw a picture of your chosen animal!

7) Read the Article on perserving the forest...think from either an environmentalist or industrialist perspective. What side would you chose and why? Include this opinion in your informative paper. Make sure to support your opinion with facts of why you believe the position you chose.
